Dragonfly Cyber released its first product, Inside-Out Risk, while still operating in stealth mode. The Inside-Out Risk Platform gives organizations the ability to assess their Internal Attack Surface (IASM) for their cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. The platform is aligned with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and focuses on the Identify and Protect functions. Risk assessments are aggregated leveraging the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model pillars: Identity, Device, Network, Application, and Data. This categorization helps customers mature their organizations on the path to building a Zero Trust Architecture.
The fundamental differentiated technology introduced is based on real, atomic unit, traffic communication that creates and maintains a relationship based on stateful knowledge, called “Dynamic Stateful Relationships” (DSR). DSR means customers are able to understand the true nature of dynamic interactions within their network infrastructure.
DSR technology will also be the foundation for building the future of infrastructure security such as Crypto-agility discovery and assessments, credential assessment and certification, data security, and overall internal risk assessments. The segment is defined by Gartner as Internal Attack Surface Management (IASM). The Inside-Out Risk platform is now generally available.
